Lex and I started work around the same time at our organization, and from the very beginning you could see how much they cared for (and were willing to fight for) others. Lex innovates and implements quickly! I had the chance to work with Lex on a couple small projects, and I think what was most impressive was how quickly they could go from no (or little) knowledge on a subject, to conversational (or maybe expert) on that subject.
